Welcome to HairbyLashaie, LLC. I am Lashaie, a Full-Time Licensed Professional Stylist and proud owner of HairbyLashaie LLC.

At the age of 9, I found a great love and passion for hair. I began exploring this love in my mother’s kitchen after school and on weekends.

In 2006 I obtained my Natural Hair License and continued my journey. 10 years later, I decided to go back to school to obtain my full Cosmetology License, which was one of the best decisions I've made. Though I've been in the hair business professionally for 14 years, I have crafted and shared my skills within my community for over 23 years.

The joy and excitement I experience from my clients is like none other-- I know that this is my calling.
